A snowy Day ap Station

we met at Nambu Bus Terminal Station at 9:30 AM and headed to Yongin Deep Station together. It was a snowy day, and watching the snow fall while preparing for the dive made the experience even more magical. The breathtaking winter scenery visible from the Deep Station added a unique charm to the session.

Session Highlights: Equalization Techniques and Pool Exploration

Here’s how the session unfolded:

Warm-Up with Stretching
- We started the day with stretching exercises to prepare the body for the dives.
10m Buoy Training: Equalization Techniques
- The student, experienced in scuba diving, was proficient with Valsalva equalization but needed improvement in Frenzel techniques.
- We worked on head-up dives, focusing on Frenzel equalization, and gradually
  saw noticeable improvement through repeated practice.
Pool Exploration and Fun
- After the training, we explored the pool freely, enjoying the depth and taking in the unique environment.
- We also captured plenty of photos with the snowy backdrop, creating lasting memories of the day.
