Can Foreigners Learn Freediving in Korea? | AIDA Freediving Korea for Foreigners 2025 Experience
Freediving is becoming increasingly popular around the world — and now, even foreigners can learn and get certified right here in Korea. If you’re searching for AIDA freediving Korea for foreigners 2025, you’ll be glad to know it’s not only possible but also well-structured and safe. In early 2025, Vonfreedive hosted a full AIDA 2 course with a student from the U.S. at TSN diving pool in Osan. This experience shows that freediving in Korea is not only possible but also safe, well-organized, and accessible for non-Korean speakers.

What is Freediving?
Freediving is the art of diving underwater on a single breath — no tanks, no heavy equipment. AIDA is the internationally recognized certification system, with courses ranging from AIDA 1 (introductory) to AIDA 4 (advanced). Whether you’re looking for a one-day experience or a full certification path, Korea offers it all.
