• Reservation schedule may vary depending on pool availability.

• Class is conducted entirely in English.

• Please bring personal towels and shower items.

• Be on time. Late arrivals resulting in missed training are non-refundable.

• Original photos are not provided, only edited versions.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before 4 days: 100% Refund

• Cancellation before 3 days: 70% Refund

• Cancellation before 2 days: 60% Refund

• Cancellation before 1 day: 50% Refund

• Cancellation on the day of your experience: No Refund

Note: Cancellations are only accepted between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM,

based on the operating hours of the pool.
